2. Instructions to download Vintalk for iOS and Android
Currently, the vintalk application is available on two major application stores, appstore and chplay, helping users easily download and install on their devices for the best experience. If it is unclear, please refer to the steps below.
For devices using iOS, please access the application store on your device, enter the search keyword “vintalk” and select download as shown below:
For Android devices, the vintalk app has not been updated so you will need to install the apk version to quickly access the application and use it.
Step 1: Choose to download the apk version of vintalk below to your computer, then extract it like other 3rd applications.

Step 2: Go to settings, select security in settings for authentication.
Step 3: Select an item of unknown origin, the system will ask for confirmation, select yes
Step 4: Approve the application you need to install and return to launch to access.
2. Instructions for activating and connecting to Vintalk
After successfully installing the vintalk application on your phone, you will need to register and activate your phone number to be able to use it. To connect Vintalk (Vichat), please follow these steps:
Step 1: Prepare your phone number so you can receive the otp code when needed and when registering you will need to receive the code to activate.
Step 2: Enter the phone number you use – Enter the Vintalk (Vichat) verification code sent to your phone number
Step 3: Log in to the Game and connect your vintalk account:
Click on Avatar to go to the PROFILE tab
Select the SECURITY tab and enter the Vintalk(Vichat) account you are using
Enter the connection code sent to your Vintalk (Vichat).
Complete account connection After completing the above 3 steps, the system will automatically send an OTP confirmation code to your Vintalk (Vichat).
3. Common errors when using vintalk
1. Received vintalk code too many times
This is a problem many users encounter in the process of receiving the code but there is no solution, causing many difficulties and frustrations when using it.
Receiving too many codes is an error when you receive a code that day but lose it or accidentally delete it. When you request a new code, you’ll see this message or some other reason.
When this message appears, what you need to do is contact customer service directly to receive a new login code from support staff. Avoid logging in to other applications because you will easily lose your account.
2. Lost linked phone number
Unfortunately, if your SIM is locked or you lose the phone number previously linked to Telesafe, you will have to declare and reconnect the app or go to the store to get a new SIM.
In case you cannot change the phone number, you need to contact support. Note that this is the only way to fix this problem.
3. Unable to log in to receive code
